The Meridian grooming kit is a cheap piece of junk. If you want more details about it, keep reading.
I just received my Meridian grooming kit, and I was incredibly disappointed. The entire kit itself feels more like a gimmick than an actual high-quality product, as there are very few under the belt grooming kits on the market. However, I now know why Meridian specialises in grooming under the belt, as there is minimal competition and a lot of money to be made from naive people wishing to look good, I included.
The product itself is ineffective and barely gets any hair removed at all. The guide combs are pointless as they are inaccurate and do not shave to the designed length, as I tested this myself. Shaving with just the razer blade was useless, as the blade did not do any meaningful job of cutting the hair. If you want to cut the hair with the base razor, you need to be rough, and if you are rough, you will cut yourself and bleed extensively. It is a lose lose situation.
The anti-nick shaving guard is also just a gimmick as I cut myself four times while being extremely careful. Furthermore, the motor is not quiet either, which makes me wonder why Meridian wrote about its silent behaviour in the product description as it makes the same amount of sound as any other electrical razor. I assume the gentleman who wrote that the product was quiet in the product description had either not tested it or suffered a hearing defect.
I tested the Meridian razor against four other razors that I own. I found Meridian to be just as loud, if not louder, making it monotonous and disrespectful to your customers to lie and write otherwise. Moreover, the ball spray squirts out too little product, making the recommendation of 1-2 pumps unimportant as you need a minimum of three to four spurts to cover the entire area of the groin. When the product contains this many errors, I refuse to believe that the people at Meridian has tested and tried their own products.
Since Meridian does not care about whether the product's statements are sincere and write whatever they want, I will break down each product description and tell whether it is true or false as a person that has actually tested it, compared to Meridian, and as someone who will be brutally honest and not biased as Meridian has shown themselves to be.

Waterproof: Has not been tested.
Shock resistant: I cannot answer this as I have yet to test the product's durability.
Quiet: This is false. I assume the gentleman had a hearing defect when filling in the information about the product. I have tested the sound against four other electrical razors and very quickly concluded that it makes the same amount of sound.
Super sensitive shaver tech for high precision: This statement is false. The razor did not have any meaningful power or precision as it did not remove any hair. It was almost as if the Razorblade was incredibly dull, as I had to move the blade up and down on my groin and repeat this process 4-5 times before it removed any hair. I do not know if I got a defective product, but it is certainly possible as the quality I received is comparable to dirt cheap products from Aliexpress/Wish.
Having been ordering products from them A/W, I am incredibly confident that you will receive a better product from Aliexpress/Wish for under 10 dollars. The fact that Aliexpress/Wish has better razors than Meridian for under 10 dollars is so embarrassing that I am at a loss for words as they are notoriously known for their horrible quality. This tells you a lot about Meridian.
Anti-nick shaving guard: This is entirely false as I cut myself four times when I used it. Four times! I cut myself two times on the upper groin area right below the waist and another two times on my balls, where I began to bleed heavily in each area that I was nicked in—recognising that the anti-nick feature is your entire selling point, it made the product rather useless.
It is hilarious to me that Meridian takes so much pride in advertising their horrible product as "safe" when I cut myself four times while being as careful as I possibly could.
If you want to buy Meridians grooming kit, give yourself a smack across the face and order a dirt cheap product from Aliexpress/Wish as their razors will be much better than Meridian, I can guarantee it.
To conclude, the entire experience was painful and uncomfortable. I was always scared when I was shaving "down there" It was painful every time the Razor touched my groin or balls, And I was always scared if it would nick my groin or balls, which it did 4 times.
Manscaped was another grooming company that came before Meridian, they made many errors, and Meridian learned nothing from the mistakes they made as Meridian committed the same textbook perfect mistakes.

Seller sent an incorrect invoice to DHL, the correct amount shouldn't apply vat, but they put a higher declared amount which applied taxes! because of this, DHL wants to charge me 40$ ( 20$ vat and 20$ service ) for a mistake i didn't do.
I tried to contact their SUPER SLOW CUSTOMER SUPPORT, and at first, they sent me the correct invoice but DHL didn't accept it, they used the first one, then i contacted them and they were really slow to reply and didn't understand what i wrote to them.
Then i kept sending and they ignored me for over 10 days!! With no fix for their mistake.
They think i will pay 40$ for their mistake. But no. They either fix their own mistake.
Or i send it back and get a full refund.
They should focus on their customer support and not depend on emails only, they should have facebook and whatsapp support too Because it's THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

customer support immediately refunded me.

I ordered a trimmer from them as a gift…

I ordered a trimmer from them as a gift and through no fault of their own, the package was lost in the mail. They responded immediately to my initial inquiry and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, even reaching out to me unprompted to check the process of the claim. Once all was said and done, they sent me a new package without hesitation. Hands down the best customer service out there! I'll update on the trimmer once we get it!

The product is high quality and useful…

The product is high quality and useful as stated on the company's website, where I also purchased the product. All orders (machine, bag and nail kit) arrived on time and in full and in high quality.
I enjoy using any product both in the machine and in the nail kit that help me in designing and taking good and pampering care for myself.

my order was supposed to take 5-20…

my order was supposed to take 5-20 business days. After 45 days I emailed customer support and they said my parcel was lost. They quickly issued a replacement order and rectified the issue.

I bad trouble with my payment and felt frustrated. So i emailed the team and in less than 12hrs, i got a response from the team with a solution. Very fast and efficient in replying. Terrific!

I received the package today so it is…

I received the package today so it is early to evaluate the quality; from what I saw it seems of good quality, will see when i try it.
i ordered package in november and i receive in may as it was lost; the company sent me another one; the team was very helpful in reply and addressing my concerns but the delay was annoying and one lose a lot of time in following the package

No tracking update

No tracking update
I recently bought the meridian groomer by lumin and after 21 days of it not having updated I called ups and was told they had not received the package. I then messaged customer service, they assured me that my package had been shipped. They told me that I should wait until May fourth, and if I don't receive the package I should let them know. Thankfully the customer service rep that was working on my case followed up and emailed me on May 1st that they had deemed my package lost, I then asked for a refund and promptly got it, however, I did not enjoy the experience
